Collier Properties Office Warehouse

Callahan & Freeman’s design for a dual tenant office/warehouse consists of one half of the structure containing an office environment with limited storage space, and a second suite with storage as the primary function accompanied by limited office spaces. The painted concrete panel building is also clad with metal panels, stone veneer and standing seam roofing. The 14,881 SF building is designed as a taller structure, allowing adequate clearance in the storage portions to provide flexibility for tenants.
