Callahan & Freeman’s design for a multi-tenant lease space shell on a 1.25 acre lot consists of a concrete and stone structure with a depth of 76 feet, enabling up to four tenants to occupy the facility. The larger anchor store space contains a vestibule and a drive through window with canopy providing flexibility for different retail businesses. Metal canopies and a limestone wainscot frame the tinted storefront on the front and sides of this 9,531 SF retail building.
