Callahan & Freeman’s solution for an automobile preowned building consists of a 2,082 SF concrete and aluminum composite panel clad structure. The preowned offices share the same exterior materials as the adjacent main dealership building on the same 17 acre site. The efficiency of the small structure is highlighted by the multiple sales offices which orbit off of a central corridor, defined by partial height glass partitions.
