Callahan & Freeman’s master planning concept for an existing 9.4 acre site encompasses new retail and pad sites situated adjacent to an existing cluster of municipal buildings. The City Hall (previously designed by Callahan & Freeman) and the police station border a small park with a walking trail which is engaged by the ten proposed building pads. A series of water features within the future sites is located on axis with the existing park.
