Callahan & Freeman’s master planning concept for Arlington Classics Academy includes the revitalization of 4 existing buildings, converting a former church campus into a charter school campus on a 7.0 acre existing site. A multi-purpose center, classroom building, activities building, office building, and portable classroom facilities were all integrated with a proposed elementary school. The linkages, adjacencies and circulation were studied to present the most feasible master plan scheme to the school board.
