Callahan & Freeman’s renovation project provides an interior remodel and exterior facelift for two, adjacent, existing office/warehouse buildings. Both office/warehouses total 8,420 SF and the facades are updated with aluminum composite material panels, manufactured stone, stucco, and wood plastic composite cladding. Painted concrete / overhead doors, LED down lights and pre-manufactured metal canopies assist in the new aesthetic.
