Callahan & Freeman’s solution for an automobile dealership places a staggered showroom and sales area towards the front of the building with retail sales and customer waiting inhabiting the core of the facility. A service drive pod orbits off to one side which upon exit, leads to the drive thru service bay portion at the rear of the building. The precast concrete and ACM panel building had a 5,000 SF service bay/parts storage addition completed in 2020.
