Callahan & Freeman’s proposed dealership places a two-story Chevrolet and Cadillac showroom on one side with a 51 service bay shop located on the other end. A service drive /service writers component located in the center ties the two functions together. The approximately 24 acre site stair steps down and terminates in a detention pond with a rock, water feature. Precast concrete panels and aluminum composite material panels create the exterior skin of the 75,232 SF building.
