Callahan & Freeman’s solution for a new automotive service building provides 52 service bays to facilitate the adjacent dealership we previously renovated and expanded. The front portion of the structure contains lobby and retail parts for customers, while blending in employee lockers and parts storage behind. Surface parking that was removed for this new building has been relocated on the roof, accessed by an exterior concrete ramp.
