Callahan & Freeman’s design for converting a small, metal industrial building into a boutique floral design studio provides a lobby and conference area up front with the studio, office, storage and cooler making up the balance. The building’s front exterior received a stucco finish, new storefront, a new wing wall/canopy entry element along with a screen wall.
