Callahan & Freeman’s master planning concept for a camp and retreat center tucked in along a bend in the Paluxy River consists of a 41.4 acre cluster of facilities situated around a small lake. The dining hall, activity center, waterpark and chapel immediately surround the lake, while a 52,000 SF family conference center sits back and overlooks the river. Small lodges are sprinkled throughout the wooded areas with volleyball courts and open play areas dispersed throughout the property.
