Callahan & Freeman’s design for an automobile dealership consists of a 20 acre site containing a main dealership building, a preowned building, a carwash facility, and a bed liner facility. The sales floor of the main 65,000 SF building is separated by the sales manager quadrant to establish identities for the two separate brands. Double volume curtain wall brings natural light into the vehicle display areas. Accounting and conference functions on the second floor overlook the sales floor below.
