Callahan & Freeman’s schematic design for a new one-story, assisted living center wraps 44 apartments around a central courtyard containing small gardens. The kitchen/dining and social activity spaces are located at the front of the facility adjacent to a covered drive. A nursing station and resident laundry are more centrally located within the wood siding and stone clad building.
