Callahan & Freeman’s solution for an automobile dealership consists of a 10 acre site containing a main dealership building, a bedliner building, a car wash facility and a make ready building. A large front porch provides shade for the sales floor while allowing natural light into the interior vehicle display areas. The 22 service bays and service drive are placed efficiently on the site providing concise vehicle circulation. Concrete and aluminum composite material panels clad the exterior for this 39,855 SF building.
