Callahan & Freeman’s solution for an office/warehouse business park consists of six buildings located on a 10.5 acre site. The similar, multi-tenant buildings each contain two functions. The office portions are located towards the front of the tenant spaces while warehouse portions can be accessed from the rear of the buildings. Articulation, stone and concrete facades add character to the exterior of the buildings while black fabric canopies create a common thread throughout the entire site. The buildings each average 12,250 SF.
