This new facility incorporates storage for the city’s heavy parks and recreation equipment as well as provides office space for associated staff. A precast concrete storm shelter occupies the center of the building while covered, precast concrete material bins are located on the exterior of the shop. EIFS, brick veneer and metal siding panels clad the exterior of the one-story facility.
