Callahan & Freeman’s design for a multi-tenant building places a dental practice in the core of the main suite. A central reception and business office supports waiting rooms while semi-circular circulation accesses hygiene rooms, treatment rooms and the lab. Two additional tenant office spaces flank each side of the dental practice. Stone, wood and stucco wrap the exterior with a defined covered entry element.
